Last updated: 12 July 2026
1. About us
These terms govern the supply of aerial photography, videography and related services by Drone Aspect Imagery, based in Congleton, Cheshire. By commissioning work you agree to these terms.
2. Regulatory compliance
All flights are conducted in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, the Air Navigation Order 2016 and the UK Drone Code. The operator holds a valid GVC (General Visual Line of Sight Certificate) and is registered with the CAA. Flights are subject to weather, airspace permissions and on-site safety assessment, and may be rescheduled at our discretion.
3. Insurance
We carry EC785/2004 compliant public liability insurance for commercial drone operations. Certificates available on request.
4. Bookings & quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed once a deposit (typically 25%) is received. The balance is payable on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation & rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the shoot are refunded in full (less any costs already incurred). Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule for safety, weather or regulatory reasons at no charge.
6. Copyright & usage
All photography and footage remains the copyright of Drone Aspect Imagery. The client is granted a licence for the agreed use (e.g. marketing, social media, website). Resale, sublicensing or modification beyond the agreed scope requires written permission.
7. Delivery
Edited content is typically delivered within 14 working days of the shoot, subject to project scope. Raw files are not supplied as standard.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
